Stripes from variation one of the 100 Themes Challenge.
A cute lil fanart of my fave character from Gotham, Oswald Cobblepot.
Originally I meant stripes as in the jail bars, but I put some stripes on his clothes just to keep more with the theme.
This is not my first choice of paper for pencils, tbh, but it's good for watercolor. I didn't intend to color this, but I decided to because I hadn't used colored pencils in a while.
Feel free to critique this piece! I'm looking to improve my art, and some constructive criticism would be appreciated.
